According to Sophia, the Divine Universal Mother, there is only one addiction on our planet, and that is to suffering. Then, we choose our substance or vice to perpetuate our suffering. Our vices can be drugs, alcohol, food, TV, or social media, to name a few.
Why are we suffering so profoundly?
Our reasons for suffering are varied and, most likely, linked to unresolved trauma in our lives. The good news is your suffering is a lesson that you agreed to resolve in this lifetime to grow on your Soul's journey. The bad news is that your suffering is impacting every aspect of your life.
If you think that suffering does not apply to you (especially in these uncertain times), then you are probably in denial. There is tremendous hope on our planet that we can come out of this time, more alive and more connected.
But first, we must understand how we got to this place both individually and collectively. With this understanding and commitment to healing, we can access the Divine Grace available to all.
How do we stop suffering?
In Feast & Famine: Healing Addiction with Grace, I share a Divine Healing Path from Sophia to move you from suffering to surrender to grace. The path is simple, yet profound and frankly, not easy, but for those who are committed to living their best life, it is essential. Let's meet for 11 weeks to review the content in Feast & Famine in greater detail.
Getting to know Sophia and her desires for humanity
Defining trauma and how it impacts you
Dancing between victim and addict
Revealing your patterns or themes
Finding your spiritual compass
Coordinating your healing team
Reviewing how pain shows up in your life
Choosing to suffer or not to suffer
Learning to surrender your trauma
Allowing grace into your life
Making wholeness your passion
At the beginning of each week, you will receive a recording of the teachings for the topic to be discussed in our Zoom group meeting. You are strongly encouraged to review the content in detail before each group meeting. The group meetings will take place on Thursdays with an option for joining the group discussion at 1:00 PM EST or 7:00 PM EST in Zoom. You are welcome to attend both.
In each Zoom call, we will review the highlights of the writing topic, have an active Q & A, and receive spiritual guidance and energy attunements to keep you focused and your heart open. Plus, guest experts will join our calls.
Thursdays - 5.14 to 7.23 - $199 per student - Space is limited

I loved the group experience you created. You delivered more than expected. The curriculum and process forms were relevant and engaging while being flexible enough to allow and prioritize interaction among us. Robin, your vulnerability in sharing your process was inspiring and reassuring. And I really loved the supportive connections and interactions between my fellow participants! Wonderful.
